By using Aether, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use Aether.

1. What Aether does

Aether is a healthspan and wellbeing app designed to help you:

• Track daily lifestyle patterns
• Review Apple Health trends
• Build and maintain goals
• Track supplements and biomarkers
• Save simulations
• View weekly progress
• Back up selected app data if you create an account

Aether is intended to support general wellbeing, self-reflection and habit building.

2. Wellness disclaimer

Any scores, projections, simulations, trends, goal suggestions, supplement context, biomarker context or weekly summaries are for general wellness and educational purposes only.

You should not rely on Aether as a substitute for professional medical advice.

Always speak to a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about:

• Medical conditions
• Symptoms
• Medication
• Supplements
• Test results
• Diagnosis or treatment
• Major lifestyle changes

If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

3. Apple Health and health information

If you choose to connect Apple Health, Aether may use approved Apple Health data to personalise your app experience.

You control which Apple Health categories Aether can access. You can change or revoke permissions at any time in your iPhone settings or Apple Health settings.

Aether may use Apple Health data to support features such as:

• Movement context
• Sleep context
• Baseline trends
• Goal suggestions
• Weekly summaries

Aether does not guarantee that Apple Health data is complete, accurate or up to date. Apple Health data may depend on your device, Apple Watch, third-party apps, permissions and how often data is available.

4. Accounts and Cloud Backup

You may be able to create an account to use Cloud Backup.

Cloud Backup allows selected Aether data to be linked to your account so you can restore it later.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure
• Using an email address you control
• Protecting access to your device and email account
• Telling us if you suspect unauthorised access

Aether is not responsible for loss of local data if you delete the app, lose your device or reset your device without using Cloud Backup.

5. Your information

You are responsible for the information you enter into Aether.

You agree that information you provide should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Aether may show suggestions or summaries based on the data available. If your data is incomplete, outdated or inaccurate, the app experience may also be incomplete or inaccurate.

6. Supplements and biomarkers

Aether may allow you to record supplements and biomarkers for personal context.

Aether does not recommend, prescribe or approve supplements, medication or treatment.

Supplement and biomarker information shown in Aether is not medical advice. You should speak to a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing supplements, medication or treatment.

7. Notifications

If you enable notifications, Aether may send local reminders such as check-in reminders, goal action reminders or weekly review reminders.

You can turn notifications off at any time in the app or through your iPhone settings.

Aether does not guarantee that notifications will always be delivered on time or at all.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Aether.

You must not:

• Attempt to access another person’s account
• Interfere with the app or its security
• Use Aether for unlawful purposes
• Copy, modify or distribute the app without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract protected parts of the app
• Use Aether in a way that could harm the service or other users

9. App availability

We aim to keep Aether reliable and useful, but we do not guarantee that the app or Cloud Backup will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.

Aether may change, update, pause or remove features over time.

We may release updates to improve performance, security, features or compliance.

10. Paid features

Aether may offer paid features, subscriptions or purchases in the future.

If paid features are introduced, pricing and payment terms will be shown clearly before purchase.

Any payments through the App Store will also be subject to Apple’s terms and conditions.

11. Intellectual property

Aether, including its name, design, branding, text, features, code and visual elements, belongs to us or our licensors.

You may use Aether for your own personal use, but you do not receive ownership of the app, brand, content or technology.

12. Privacy

Your use of Aether is also covered by our Privacy Policy:

The Privacy Policy explains what data Aether collects, how it is used and your choices.

13. Limitation of liability

Aether is provided for general wellness and educational use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for:

• Health decisions made based on app content
• Incomplete or inaccurate data entered by you or provided by connected services
• Loss of local data where Cloud Backup was not used
• Interruptions, bugs or errors
• Indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including rights under applicable consumer protection law.

14. Ending your use of Aether

You can stop using Aether at any time.

You may delete the app from your device.

If you have an account and want to request deletion of Cloud Backup data, contact: support@aetherhealthspan.com.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make significant changes, we may notify you in the app, on our website or by email where appropriate.
